Two HuM militants arrested

Two Hizbul Mujahideen militants were arrested in Kupwara, a police spokesman said.

Srinagar, May 9:  Two Hizbul Mujahideen militants were on Friday arrested in Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir, a police spokesman said.

Mohammad Saleem Sheikh and Abdul Hamid War were arrested by police and CRPF in a joint operation at Baderkal village in Handwara area, he said.

An AK 47 rifle, two AK magazines, a grenade, a wireless set and 49 rounds of ammunition were recovered from the captured militants, he added.
